please comment the last line that deletes the intermediate results and check if the output of nemo contains multiple speakers or just one
from whisper-diarization.

I did comment the last line, and got a 'temp_outputs' folder,
and got a "speaker_outputs" under the "nemo_outputs", which has a "subsegments_scale4_cluster.label".

from whisper-diarization.
That means that NeMo only detected one speaker, which is inaccurate as you mentioned so you can try other models such as pyannote
from whisper-diarization.
