i dont think so, so i shouldn't use bundle cache ?

Keep the bundler-cache option. You should rather add a Gemfile as per recommendation from Fastlane (see https://docs.fastlane.tools/getting-started/ios/setup/#use-a-gemfile) in order to ensure that Fastlane is installed in the environment that is running your workflow.

I don't understand.
The point for me of having your action is to not install Fastlane.
To not have install time in each CI run for me.
