pysamstats import error about mgenv

Hi @podpearson, sorry for slow follow up on this one. Bottom line I don't know why this has happened, this error usually indicates an incompatibility between pysamstats and pysam versions but these should both be pinned to compatible versions in the environment, so something funky is going on. Can you do conda list to see what versions of pysamstats and pysam have been installed?

No worries. I get the following versions:

(Pf-6.0-public-release) Richards-MacBook-Pro:Pf-6.0-public-release rpearson$ conda list | grep pysam
pysam                     0.11.2.2                 py36_1    bioconda
pysamstats                1.0.1            py36ha92aebf_2    bioconda

which are the versions as specified in environment.yml, right?

Same issue on both Macbook and Sanger server.
