seems that bug is introduced by some of latest versions of chameleon

actually, i see a lot of "'Compilation failed', 'exceptions.IndexError: list index out of range'" exceptions in different places

It seems to stem from an element which defines an i18n:name and defines a macro at the same time.
That's a bug because the macro definition should ignore an i18n:name here.
