What is the difference between hakuneko and haruneko? (hakuneko legacy? and haruneko activ developed?)

I am unable to use it.
I testet these versions:
Windows 64-bit setup (stable)
Windows 64-bit portable (nightly (master))
I copy https://yakshascans.com/manga/after-improperly-licking-a-dog-i-became-a-billionaire/ in my clipboard and try to update -> nothing happens.
If i search the websites i can't find the website yakshascans.com (screenshot)

Am i doing something wrong?
Do i have to wait for a push in github master?

@MikeZeDev thanks for the response, sorry to bother again.
I downloaded the latest HaruNeko (Nightly) Windows 64-Bit Portable extracted it and tried to run it.
I started "chromedriver.exe" and "nwjc.exe".
chromedriver.exe starts "ChromeDriver was started successfully.".
nwjc.exe opens cmd and closes after a short time (2-3 seconds). If i start nwjc.exe in the terminal i can see a lot of option-flags i could/ should use?
Am i using it wrong?
Do i need to use the dev version with npm etc.? (i have npm problems at the moment that's why i wasn't able to use this option)
I tried to work with these wiki's:

They have no information on how to start it as a user.

If i was right in that i first need to start chromedriver.exe and after that nwjc.exe it would be nice if that is in a readme file or something.
