Return the Query text in the CALL PQ resultset about manticoresearch

Yes, I think we should return all rows in the CALL PQ result set. And I see SELECT by id doesn't work (yet delete seems to).
About the dups: I'll need to check if we didn't had the intention to not allow specifying the id (as this index can do autoincrement on id).

I've added uid filter to select \ list stored queries, also added warning in case some filters skipped here. For now filters with tags and uid works for percolate index list stored queries statement, ie that just looks like select however it works more like show index status for plain index.

I've also added query option to CALL PQ statement to return all fields of stored queries matched by document(s). We also might change it syntax from

CALL PQ ( ... , 1 as query );

to something like

CALL PQ ( ... , 'query,tags' as query );
