Probably, but I don't have time now to check it out. I don't use ./gradlew build at all. I use
./gradlew :backend:run
./gradlew :web:run
./gradlew :desktop:run
./gradlew clean
Sometimes also:
./gradlew :backend:build
etc.
They work fine. Check out Travis:
