This is caused by a bug in the Visual Studio 2022 Razor editor. It gives a warning when it should not.

For example, the editor know that the <p> and </p> tags match because you can edit the start tag to a <div> and it changes the matching close tag, as shown in the following screenshot:

But if you change it back to a <p> then the warning for the close tag appears (wrongly):

Just ignore this warning.
