Error starting Pipes on Windows about pipes

application.properties file was in place, this error also occurs when parameters specified on the command line when executing the jar file to start Pipes

Running on windows works for me.
The trick is to set the DHF root properly in application.properties. Here's an example for windows:

mlDhfRoot=C:/Users/user/dev/test-pipes

Forward slash is the key. Can you please re-test and check if it worked, @danielholgate?

Confirmed it works on windows (Server 2016 was tested).
