Removed CocoaPod and add via SPM. Now getting "Framework not found BetterCodable"

I don't know if this is a Cocoapods problem or an SPM problem or a BetterCodable problem. I removed the pod from my podfile, did a pod install, then added it via SPM. Now when I build I get the `Framework not found BetterCodable` error and I have no idea why. Anybody done this before?

I wasted the better part of an afternoon on this and, at least partially, lost my will to live. It was Cocoapods. It was leaving an entry in my **Other linker flags** section of Build Settings so it was still looking for a BetterCodable framework. Manually deleting the entry fixed the problem.
