I'm unable to replicate this on a vanilla install, so some steps to be able to replicate this, your operating system info, etc. would be helpful, then I can reopen it.

I'd still need to know your operating system, configurations, etc.

By the looks of it, that first "WARN" line that "version" is obsolete is hinting to me that the version of your docker or docker compose binary is very old -- you may want to check this by running:

docker -v
docker-compose -v

For reference, here's my output:
