isOpen on a closed filesystem should return false and not throw about memoryfilesystem

I can not yet quite reproduce this. The stack trace I'm getting is:

So the exception I'm getting is not from #isOpen but from trying to create a file on a closed file system. That should be ok.

actually this niotest test now passes for me.
I have to assume there is something fishy with my test setup.
=> no bug
