Thanks for reaching out!
Actually that exact part of the code has been bugging me for too long, causing errors in different kinds of situations and apps.
I'm gonna put this on the board; I'll remove the separate named export, so future use will be HtmlDivFormatter.defaultCSS and HtmlTableFormatter.defaultCSS.
