Create Option class about as

Option class is for a return value when this value may by null. Sometime a function return a value and it could happen that it has no value to return if something goes wrong. But on the contrary, the Result class is used when you have either a value or an error. Option if when you have either a value or no value. The need for an Option class in assembly script is there because it that language, it's not possible to declare a function that return a value or null (it's possible in javascript and typescript but not in assemblyscript).
