thanks for the tip, I'll think about it for the next articles, but for this one, I wanted to separate my messy exploratory work (the Python files) from the (sort of) clean HTML articles. Plus I find notebooks to be a bit messy to version (each commit contains lots of modifications even though it was just reloading the same results).
