Fix Enigma using third-party simulator about enigma-machine

My problem now is with the rotor encryption, which was mistakenly understood.

When a letter goes through the rotor's outer ring, it is encoded to its inner ring. So far so good, I got this part. The problem is that the outer ring rotates with respect to the next rotor's outer ring.

For instance, let's consider a letter A going through rotor V. First, it steps, rotating the outer ring w.r.t. the static rotor A -> Z. Next, since it has rotated one position, the output of the rotor goes through the Y input of the next rotor. In the current implementation, the letter is going to Z :(
