Brawl+ Support about wiiflow

Brawl+ fine from USB, and I remember that Hibern stated that the Cheat-Engine 
was
simply a Copy-Paste Job...so why not doing it?

It even doesn't need all the Hook-Options, etc...VBI works for everything, and 
cIOS
default is the best choice...hardcoding them shouldn't be too hard, and a good
solution...
