Possibly add: the character coverage of the MathJax fonts that's sitting somewhere on Teambox (maybe push to a github repository/pages and add link to docs? Maybe to the same place we'll move /test from the main repo?). Also add the font tests sitting in Teambox.

I have font tables for all the fonts that show what is in the fonts. They are HTML pages, so should be hosted through gh_pages rather than the wiki, I would guess. They need to be updated to include the characters available by composition, but other than that, they could be used.
I'm not sure what the font test in Teambox are.

Yes, you shared them on Teambox. Should they get their own repository or be part of mathjax-dev
or (they not yet existing) mathjax-examples
(moving most of /test there).
The other thing is Fred's demo of font fallback behavior (mtextfontinheri etc) (from some time last fall). That would fit into a mathjax-examples
repository as well.
