Implement search about matrix.org

Yeah the search really needs to be improved, it is pretty unusable right now. Replacing it with either Google or DuckDuckGo or something else would be much appreciated.

Global search + nav to be revamped, this could be a part of it. I'd like to satisfy navigation without needing to add Google Search, but to be considered.

I can't seem to fix this because the search icon in my local dev build doesn't work at all but I think it should be as simple as sticking this https://stackoverflow.com/questions/7259209/simple-site-search-with-duckduckgo in here
