Imported properties have lower priority than the resources associated to the Config object or by @Sources about owner

Tested on my machine, and it does what I want to do now.

$ java -jar some.jar --
2013-06-25 17:09:17,724 0    Initializing BenchmarkProperties using default properties.
2013-06-25 17:09:17,799 75   client.num-connections = 10000

$ java -jar some.jar Other.properties
2013-06-25 17:12:17,361 0    Initializing BenchmarkProperties from the following path: Other.properties
2013-06-25 17:12:17,438 77   client.num-connections = 10
