Not compatible with docker networks about mattermost-docker

All services should be attached to the same network to communicate each other. docker-compose will do that by default if you don't specify networks.

By default Compose sets up a single network for your app. Each container for a service joins the default network and is both reachable by other containers on that network, and discoverable by them at a hostname identical to the container name.

I think you should add a network and attach all services to the network.
