Integrate in HACS store about airzonecloud-homeassistant

I started changes to integrate HACS store but it's really complex and time consuming, so I will try to find free time to finish it.

HI @max13fr this looks awesome!! May I ask how far have you got in publishing this in HACS? It looks you've been working on it for a while. I'm eager to try this integration but I could hold off a bit if it could soon be available there?
Now that we are at it, may I ask why HACS and not turning this into an official integration? Is there any criteria that prevents that?

There has been quite some fuzz around custom integrations and secretory breaches lately in HA. I would rather stop using HACS if possible.
