Make sure to follow this first step. Check the installation section
On windows make sure that WinPcap is installed in your system. Npcap 0.9983 installer for Windows Vista/2008, 7/2008R2, 8/2012, 8.1/2012R2, 10/2016 (x86 and x64) Make sure to install with the "Install Npcap in WinPcap API-compatible Mode"

It looks like problem with npcap.
Please check out version 0.10.1 and comment if issue is still visible there?

Hi,
It's not directly related issue, however, it doesn't work if traffic is being re-routed through other servers to reduce in-game ping (WTFast, ExitLag, etc)
Is there any way to make it compatible?
