Problems running mapshaper under Ubuntu 13.10 about mapshaper

e1160f1 removes the arguments from the shebang line. A little testing showed that these arguments are no longer useful anyway.

Some background: mapshaper used to create many more javascript objects than it currently does. With large shapefiles, say 400MB or more, the majority of processing time was taken up by the garbage collector. Running node with the --nouse_idle_notification and --expose_gc arguments and calling global.gc() at certain points in the program alleviated the problem somewhat. It's possible that updates to v8 have also improved gc performance.
