That's a nice project!
I am not sure if there is any library specific for this purpose. But there are libraries that do similar or related things, as you noted one of them. Good luck! I will keep an eye on it 😉
But, would it be great if you do a general new repository and make it a plugin library for a for project? You would add it to the big library and provide just an import list of the methods you would want to create a CLI for. and the magic happens.
