signed transactions for deployment about multicall

Below is the signed transaction. It has a gas limit of 1M gas and a gas price of 100 gwei, so you'll need to send at least 0.1 ETH to the deployer address (0x05f32b3cc3888453ff71b01135b34ff8e41263f2). Be careful with this, because if the chain requires more than 1M gas the transaction will revert and you will not be able to deploy Multicall at that address

Let me know if this works as expected. I recommend trying it on a local network like anvil to double check this is correct before trying it on a production network, just in case I copied the data incorrectly or something. (I did check this on anvil and confirmed the resulting code matched the mainnet code, but I recommend double checking to be safe)

That means the chain forces you to sign over chain ID (EIP-155) when signing a tx, whereas the above signed tx does not sign over a chain ID. If you want to fund the deployer account and provide the chain info, I can deploy to that network

Closing this issue for now. Decided that it's a bit risky to provide a pre-signed tx because some chains adjust gas metering and if the signed tx has a gas limit that's too small, the deployment tx would revert, which would make it impossible to deploy Multicall3 at the right address on that chain.

I'm sorry I haven't got a chance to try this yet. What the other create2 deployers do is just charge a high amount of gas which is a one-time cost.
