break BeltTransmission.BeltSegment.plotBeltSystem to be able to plot pulleys and segments, plotting whatever hasn't already been plotted to be able to build up plots..

Probably need to give up on the window arranging. Else could have a lot of fun writing for multiple plotting backends...like if plot() has been defined, we'll just use that with a conditional using()?
