I solved correcting a little error in file manageStructure.php

"&" char before $index
$out = $treeManager->deleteElement($elementId, &$index, $ownerEl);

while i use this in PHP5.3.5 it gives notice. but while i remove "&" it works 
good...

Hello, the real solution was in the manageStructure.php change this line:

$out = $treeManager->deleteElement($elementId, &$index, $ownerEl);

By

$out = $treeManager->deleteElement($elementId, $index, $ownerEl);
