• over.js is cursor changing library
• this project is focused on changing default cursors into some fancy shit, can be used as great tool for UI/UX designers
• we are trying to highlight that you can make hover efects even more crazy than you think

What actually can this do?

• this library can change mouse cursor into any svg, image, basically anything you can write in html

• supporting css, changing styles, callbacks, events and so on...
