Implement internationalization support in Memgraph about memgraph

I'm not sure if I understand what we need to implement here.

@DavIvek As a base case, we need some best practices to map the internationalization to be supported in data store. The problem described in the discord thread and on the SO: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/19924253/best-practice-for-storing-multi-language-property-values-in-neo4j

For Memgraph, storing extra nodes for language is no-go from TCO perspective, so if you think we can do some template metadata on the node and edge propery store for fetching language, that would be awsome, otherwise we will come up just with best pratice.

Imagine user backend making request MATCH (n {prop: $lang }) RETURN n; Depending on the $lang the data in the $lang will be fetched, the user does not need to change the query for each language, since it is properly fetched from the node or edge.
