Looking at the Spoofax version you mention, it looks like you've followed the 2020 instructions on updating Spoofax. To update Spoofax 3 you need to use the update URL from the releases page.
Since you now probably have both Spoofax 2 and Spoofax 3 installed in one eclipse instance, it's probably better to just reinstall Spoofax 3 completely with the version on the release page.

I did not have spoofax 2 installed (checked twice). But reinstalling spoofax 3 into my editor did fix the issue.

Looking at the screenshot, it does seem that Spoofax 2 is installed (only Spoofax 2 has the Spoofax (Meta)) menu. So this is solved now?
