Cannot find plugin in Cura Marketplace & no manual install instructions about cura-dremel-printer-plugin

@semiconducted - Unfortunately Cura doesn't yet have a completely stable API, and each time Ultimaker makes changes to the API and I release a new version of the plugin, then older versions of cura lose marketplace access to this plugin. The recent Cura 4.4 release included some API changes that mean that older versions of Cura are not compatible with the 0.6.1 version of this plugin. Some other plugins are also affected, and some are not. It depends if the plugin uses any of the changed API functions. I tried to make this latest release backwards compatible, but unfortunately I could not do so.

Please either update to Cura 4.4, which has this plugin in the marketplace, or download the appropriate version of the .curaplugin from the releases page here: https://github.com/timmehtimmeh/Cura-Dremel-3D20-Plugin/releases

Then drag and drop the .curaplugin onto your running cura instance. You should get a "plugin installed, please restart cura" message.

Thanks for the incredibly quick reply!
It turns out it WAS a local Cura issue just for folks like me running an older version.
I had reinstalled Cura before, but the key this time was manually deleting all references to it, i.e. everything in the Application Support folder and reinstalling from scratch.

I'm now on Cura v 4.4.0 and install worked just as you wrote in the README.md.
