0.0.2 update breaks collection2 about ground-db

Added this as a workaround. So far the collection2 features seem to work. Seems that GroundDB is now returns a proxy without all of the methods that Meteor.Collection has after loading collection2.

_.each(_.functions(Meteor.Collection.prototype), function(fnName) {
    GroundDB.prototype[fnName] = function() {
        return this.collection[fnName].apply(this.collection, _.toArray(arguments));
    }
});

Was not a different issue. I put both this and autoform for others even
though they both had the same root cause.
