I didn’t want to use that term since the phenotype only applies to muscle cells as far as I can tell from the paper. And I thought that we did not want to use general cellular terms for phenotypes of specific cell types. Do we want to change this policy with regards to mitochondrial phenotypes?

It seemed that this was a general phenotype that was demonstrated as a model in muscle and in cultured cells. I’ll look at this further.
