Hello, thanks for reporting. It looks like you have failures that were created with 0.1.0 which are incompatible with 0.4.1. Can you please provide a sample failure payload from your failed redis set?

I also have this problem going from 0.3.0 to 0.4.1.

@krasnoukhov Yes correct. Once I cleared all my sidekiq keys in redis, everything started working.

Just for the record, this command clears the failed job data on rails:

rails c

Sidekiq.redis {|c| c.del('failed') }

from sidekiq-failures.
