it seems that is enough although there is a slight difference with the horn in the process, horn was implement slack webhook so when we create post to the endpoint with json payload {"text": "Hello, world."} the message in bot will be Hello, world..

if you implement the same, I think it can be developed into something more advanced, for example send notification + image with payload {"text": "Hello, world.", "url_image": "https://..."} etc 😃
