Provision 2.1.0 by default? about cassandra-chef-cookbook

2.1.0 should be much much more stable than previous .0 releases, but I’m a bit hesitant about using any .0 software in production. Although since it’s easy to change, I think it’s a good idea.

@michaelklishin @arr-ee i agree with provisioning 2.1.0 by default. But, there are certain noticeable changes need to be accommodated in the cookbook before we make it default version, some i found are:

• jna is now part of C* package, jna setup needs to modify for backward compatibility
• logging framework used in 2.1.0 is logback (instead of log4j), need to add template and version dependency
• some new cassandra.yaml configuration parameters

IMHO, I think adding these or another items would be a good start for 2.1.0. Even there may be no impact of running with default config, it seems a good way to proceed.

@michaelklishin @arr-ee cookbook is now ready for v2.1.0, i think we can set v2.1.0 to default.
