Strange, the available sample for forms has a ScrollView and works for me ...

Are you sure you've put your controls inside a container view (Grid, StackLayout) ?

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<ContentPage
    xmlns="http://xamarin.com/schemas/2014/forms"
    xmlns:x="http://schemas.microsoft.com/winfx/2009/xaml"
    xmlns:microcharts="clr-namespace:Microcharts.Forms;assembly=Microcharts.Forms"
    xmlns:local="clr-namespace:Microcharts.Samples.Forms"
    x:Class="Microcharts.Samples.Forms.MainPage">
    <ScrollView>
        <StackLayout>
            <microcharts:ChartView x:Name="chart1" HeightRequest="140" />
            <microcharts:ChartView x:Name="chart2" HeightRequest="140" />
            <microcharts:ChartView x:Name="chart3" HeightRequest="140" />
            <microcharts:ChartView x:Name="chart4" HeightRequest="140" />
            <microcharts:ChartView x:Name="chart5" HeightRequest="140" />
        </StackLayout>
    </ScrollView>
</ContentPage>

from microcharts.

Thank you!

Turns out, I'm just inexperienced at Xaml and had to put the additional elements in a master grid.

<ScrollView> <StackLayout> <Grid RowSpacing="0"> <Grid.RowDefinitions> <RowDefinition Height="325" /> <RowDefinition Height="1000" /> </Grid.RowDefinitions> <forms:ChartView x:Name="ServicesChart" WidthRequest="325" Grid.Row="0" /> <Grid x:Name="LegendGrid" Margin="20" HorizontalOptions="CenterAndExpand" VerticalOptions="StartAndExpand" Grid.Row="1"> <Label>Any other element here.</Label> </Grid> </Grid> </StackLayout> </ScrollView>

from microcharts.
