Add release-notes file possibility about app-store-vsts-extension

Hi @fela98, have you considered using the option 'Upload Metadata' in the extension? (See: https://github.com/fastlane/fastlane/blob/master/deliver/Deliverfile.md) I think this will get you what you're looking for when doing a Production release. (For a TestFlight build there is the option 'What to Test?', which is essentially a changelog.)

What To Test is not working. There a warning in log - You specified releaseNotes - so you need to provide fastlane session, app specific password only won't work. What does it mean?

@Ragamabhilash if you specified releaseNotes - apple specific password won't be enough to avoid 2FA, so you need to specify fastlane session also.
