Yes upgrade nurture. Then delete the _Upgrade of Core and try upgrade again.

Yes I've noticed that lately, that sometimes the product does not list the uninstalls anymore. I think they may be changing the way they show this in the UX.
So as long as you dont see the two solutions, one with the _Upgrade, then you have succeeded. YEAH

Looks like you are using a very old version of Nurture as we deprecated this CoE Settings table about 2 years ago.

You will need to upgrade Nurture (and maybe Gov) or remove it if you arent actively using it in order to remove the dependency on this table as it no longer exists in Core.

Thanks Jenefer, should I upgrade the Nurture then delete the previous version of the Core Components?

@Jenefer-Monroe I upgraded to July 2024 release, I don't see any errors but there is no Uninstall operation listed in Solutions history nor in the CoE Setup & Upgrade app, see below screenshots:
