The error message shows what is wrong pretty accurately. Seems like the FluentTextField has not been really rendered yet when you want to use it. I don't think we can solve that with the way the dialogs are being created internally.
Besides, there are easier ways to get a text field in a dialog than what you are using here. Send a bit of an edge case scenario.

Send a bit of an edge case scenario.

What I demonstrate here is to show how to show a general page as Modal not only for FluentTextField, actually, I test other component page, it has similar problem when the page inside modal updated.
The easier ways you mentioned, could you please help to give a simple example, please? Thanks.

I think you need to look at using IDialogContentComponent specifically.
