Line: 718 is causing the issue, because you only install the Feature "Windows-Defender-Features" without it´s children

#$defenderFeature = $defenderFeature | Enable-WindowsOptionalFeature -Online -NoRestart

either you have to add them comma-seperated
$defenderFeature = Enable-WindowsOptionalFeature -FeatureName Windows-Defender,Windows-Defender-Gui,Windows-Defender-Features -All -Online -NoRestart

or use Install-Windowsfeature with -IncludeAllSubFeature

$defenderFeature = Install-WindowsFeature -Name "Windows-Defender-Features" -IncludeAllSubFeature

But it will then stop with an errormessage and because of the reboot needed.
