As for the warnings ...
The sooner this extension is in PECL and opened to the rest of the developers the better.
But not holding my breath.

Why write, PHP_FUNCTION in php_sqlsrv.h and PHP_FE in ini.cpp, it's just constants ? use REGISTER_*_CONSTANT ;)
