Well, for starters, you seem to be running the app in debug mode with the reloader. For a production deployment you need to disable debug mode. Second, it is really a bad idea to use the Flask development server on a production deployment, you should use gunicorn or uWSGI for that. I'm not familiar with the IBM Bluemix toolset, so I don't know if that is all the problems, but those are definitely ones you need to address.
