Remove the NPM package or rename the package and library about expectjs

The expect.js project by Learnboost has been around for longer, but it looks like it is also stalled like mine. The reason I created my own was to fix the problems in expect.js and also use a Jasmine like syntax. I got the basics working, but going deeper I noticed there were many areas to improve.

Unfortunately I do not have enough time to maintain the NPM package, so I have removed it as you requested. It's unfortunate that Google is unable to separate expect.js from expectjs, which I would have preferred to name ExpectJS to more clearly point out it is not Learnboost's expect.js but that was not possible. NPM requires package names to be in lower case. The last point is accurate, these are 2 different project, but aimed to solve the same problem. The syntax is different enough, so anyone accidentally finding ExpectJS when looking for expect.js, would instantly notice these are not the same package. But as I'm unable to maintain the package, I removed it. If someone uses ExpectJS and wants it back. Drop a comment and I'll put it back (if it's still possible :))

This was a learning project and I learned a lot during the active development phase, which was great fun. Now it's time for me to focus on other things, so until we meet again. Thanks for the ride folks!

Thanks for being willing to remove it! Definitely clears up the ambiguity.
