@aolde Is your package configured for esm/mjs files? You can verify by checking for type: module
in your package.json.
If so, then you are using ESM only and a lot of tools don't support it. If you don't want ESM, you can set your format to lib

@milesj I did not actively choose it, but it did scaffold using type: module
. Is this choice done by packemon or a node default (believe I was using v17)?

Everything works flawlessly now, thanks again! ⭐ Really liking Packemon so far.
What had me confused was that I thought Packemon was intended to use type: module
, but now it all makes sense.

@aolde Yeah module is the default, but I'm gonna change it in the next major because it's too confusing and the ecosystem isn't ready yet :/
