I really liked this idea but do not know how I could do that. I would need a lot of help to better understand how to enter this support, and I understand the importance of this feature. So we need to keep the same feeling of the project. In short, Milligram should just hand the feature minimum, the most basic and necessary as possible.

I want help with this. but I don't know your standard.
By creating milligram.rtl.css file and change all left property to right? or using top parent such as body or html by dir="rtl" and create rule for this?

@Raika: The W3C have some guidelines regarding RTL/Bi-directional text in HTML: http://www.w3.org/International/tutorials/bidi-xhtml/

Start by having the dir="rtl" attribute in the <html> tag and work through some of the styles after that.

@Raika I think this will increase the css lines, instead have a variable $rtl = true and generate the css dynamically.
