new posts with attached media sometimes auto-mark the media as Unlisted and no description about front

There's just been an update whereby adding at least one hashtag is now mandatory, I will see if the issue is still present and if is I'll reopen this.

So I uploaded 9 pics and 9 vids, out of which only 5 got this bug, so 27.7% hit rate.

Just noticed a side effect of this issue:
is that the Explicit tag on the media is also lost, so the media is not only set as unlisted and without any description, but its Explicit tag is also unset

EDIT: "Unlisted" just got renamed to "Only Me" today(08nov2018), but this issue still exists.

If anyone still encounters this, create a new issue or (unlikely) ask Members to re-open this.

I've concluded that fixing #57 will actually fix this too, because media is set to Only Me (previously known as Unlisted) after the upload succeeded but before Post button is pressed, and it also has no description, therefore the reason it remains so is because after the Post button is pressed, minds-engine tries setting new description+visibility which fails(sometimes!) for the same reason(s) that #57 fails! (and that fails for setting description also, not just visibility)

so, you're welcome for all this good information :)))))

EDIT: bugs are still in effect(even tho Only Me became Unlisted again) now 30dec2018, so sad heh :D
