I don't want OBJ file output support. This plugin writes all data into .js file(s) for easy browsing (to avoid cross origin limitation). As you say, this feature might be useful for 3DCG software users, and it may be easy to write DEM into OBJ format, however, 3D model creation from vector data is strongly powered by Three.JS. Therefore more efforts will be necessary to implement it in plugin side. This should be achieved by a plugin like "Qgis2obj", I think.

I've just added a new template: STLExport - another way to export 3D models to 3DCG software. It allows to save 3D models built by three.js in STL format. Try it!
