Installation of flask service failing about catan

Everything seems to be fine... I'll try to install this on a new Pi soon and confirm.

booting up a new pi and going to localhost:8000 gives me a "failed connection refused" like if nothing was listening on that port. Localhost on port 80 gives me the same.

Trying to start /opt/catan/bin/catan_webserver manually doesn't work because apache2 is already bound to the port it tries to use. Doing pkill apache2 then lets me start catan_webserver and I get the homepage on localhost:8000.

I am not sure that the catan_webserver service is getting installed, when I do ps aux | grep catan, I only see catan_dns, catan_gateway, and catan_services in the output. Should I

Should be fixed by latest update. Please confirm.
